HR Manager - Brazil & Argentina

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager supporting Brazil & Argentina, located at our Jundiai, Brazil facility. This is a critical “hands-on” role responsible for partnering with the business in the execution of HR policies, practices, and tools, acting as a point of contact for people topics, and executing people processes along the employee lifecycle in alignment with Oerlikon Center of Excellence.

Position: Human Resources Manager Brazil & Argentina

Location: Onsite - Jundiaí, Brazil

This role will manage the day-to-day HR activities of manufacturing plants in Brazil and Argentina, and HR initiatives including: HRIS systems, employee relations, performance management, recruiting/staffing, management coaching, implementation of critical corporate initiatives in support of integrations, sharing of best practices, general compliance, and continuous improvement.

8. LGPD General Personal Data Protection Law
9. Corporate / employee events
10. Compliance and audits on certification standards

Your Profile:

• Degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
• Postgraduate degree in a related area (desirable).
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience – experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Must be “data-driven” with experience in using data to drive business decision-making.
• Strong proficiency working with HR databases and systems.
• Strong ethical, customer service, and collaborative work style.
• Language:
• Portuguese - required
• Fluent English - required
• Fluent Spanish – desirable
• Travel: 10-15%
