What is the scope of this role?
Netcracker Technology is looking to add an HR Generalist to our growing HR team in our Sao Paolo Office in Brazil. The HR Generalist will provide a broad range of services and support to various global business units within the organization while working closely with the senior HRBP. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Associate level HR professional looking to gain broad exposure to a wide variety of HR experience in a Global Hi-Tech setting.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Interacting with employees to ensure a positive employee experience and enhance engagement.
- Serving as an organizational champion to ensure that processes and relationships are fair and equitable, and deliver communication and support systems to ensure that all employees are fully engaged in the business and are fully committed to its success.
- Hands-on approach to managing daily HR routines.
- Serving as secondary day to day contact for client groups and understanding business challenges of the various client groups.
- Managing HR projects as required by the HR Business Partner to ensure that HR policies and procedures are developed continuously to meet overall business requirements.
- Fully utilizing knowledge and experience in HR disciplines including employee relations, conflict resolution, staffing, organizational development, and compensation.
- Assisting HRBP in managing the New Employee onboarding program – coordinating all program components from pre-boarding through their first year of employment.
- Handling global relocation cases from beginning to completion with HR Business Partners.
- Creating an effective employee relations environment that enables Netcracker to achieve its business objectives, build employee commitment, and minimize external influence.
- Ensure that all HR programs and processes are executed in a manner that is consistent with policies, procedures, and global employment laws.
- Increase the effectiveness of HR programs and processes by providing feedback and analyses of current effectiveness and impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the senior HR team.
What Skills and Experience will you require for this role?
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR is required.
- Working knowledge of HR related laws/regulations.
- Expertise in handling sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Demonstrated practical, hands-on, “can-do” approach, and the ability to work efficiently, flexibly and creatively.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, strong negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven aptitude at establishing credibility with managers and employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across levels and cultures.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, work proactively, and to achieve results without close supervision.
- Proficiency in multitasking, managing multiple and simultaneous priorities, and prioritizing a heavy workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven organizational skills and experience leading small-scale projects.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Working proficiency in English communication skills.
- Some travel between Sao Paolo and Campinas office.
