Danfoss is seeking a HR Coordinator who will support our local HR team in Guaratiguentá/SP, providing local support to managers and employees. So, if you have relevant knowledge in labor union and performance management, this job is for you!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Acting as advisor and sparring partner to local/regional managers. Being the “Face of HR”, support the people and employees’ managers on day-to-day management of HR topics.
- Establishing a strong network with HR Business Partners.
- Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment processing, compensation, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Delivering the “annual people cycle” and global strategies.
- Working towards increasing employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention.
- Ensuring compliance with labor law.
- Providing a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Possessing knowledge in labor union and performance management.
- Having experience working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment.
- Identifying and resolving issues independently, taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Having a good understanding of organizational changes and experience in similar companies.
- Exhibiting outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Demonstrating advanced English language proficiency.
- Having intermediate Spanish language proficiency.
- Working effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups, and across cultures.
