We are looking for an A-Talent who will be responsible for driving and managing all facets of Human Resources related to Attraction (End-to-end recruitment and selection) and Retention (HR Systems, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards and Recognition) that will build and enhance the candidate and over-all employee experience across Hedcor Group.

Qualifications:

• Must be Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Management Accounting/Financial Management/Psychology/Human Resource Management
• With an extensive background in Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Information System
• Adept in Labor Code of the Philippines
• With at least 5 years of leadership experience
• With at least 7 years of related work experience
• 1 vacant position available in Davao City/Baguio City
