Your team
You’ll be partnering with the Business Area Heads of BU Latam, GWM based in Brazil, and join a team of HR business partners collaborating together and with other experts in HR. We're problem solvers for the business, supporting and challenging each other to reach the right outcome. You’ll play an important role in working closely with the business to develop the HR strategy on Talent Management, Retention and Reward as well as fostering UBS's collaborative, respectful and performance-oriented culture. This role will allow you to build networks across a culturally diverse organization.
