Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with schools' objectives and budget.
Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.
Partner with schools and regional team to implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.
Ensure the schools provide a positive candidate experience.
Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.
Contribute to visibility and reportability of HR processes and metrics in the schools through centralisation of data and permanent monitoring.
Responsible for the control and monitoring of compliance with the HR budget, staffing levels and staff costs for schools. Perform projections of costs and required workforce according to the fulfilment of the schools' admissions targets.
Ensure implementation of Regional HR guidelines, provide support in HR services and be the HR point of contact between the schools and the regional office.
Collaborate with the implementation of the ISP people plan and people services across the region, following HR Regional Head guidelines.
Develop, manage, and propose organizational and staff planning models to support the needs of schools, developing operationally and financially efficient solutions. Provide guidance to schools in the search for solutions in this aspect, considering the local culture of each school and the particularities of each educational project.
Assist the region in understanding relevant HR metrics (e.g. staffing levels in schools, staff costs, employee turnover, medical leave rates, employee engagement, reasons for leaving, training hours per person, etc.). Provide insights and reporting on HR analytics and follow cost management working closely with finance.
Ongoing organizational and compensation analysis to ensure we have the most efficient and effective salary structure and organizational systems in place, according to ISP policy.
Provide HR support in different areas and processes such as personnel administration, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, labor relations, staff restructuring, management of the Workday platform, etc.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
8+ years of experience in HR with a minimum of 4 years directly handling recruitment as an individual contributor.
Fluency in English.
Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues and best practices.
Solid track record of building relationships at all levels and providing pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs.
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Knowledge of HR operations and change management.
Ability to problem solve in multiple contexts.
Oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
Hands-on work when necessary and field work in our schools when required.
