Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, managing all stages up to employee hiring, both internally and externally, for positions up to mid-management level
- Conducts Training Needs Assessments, training analysis, and management, as well as providing logistical support for training execution
- Monitors HR cycle actions (goals, performance, talent assessment, development plans, and calibrations) in collaboration with employees and managers to ensure quality, engagement, and deadline compliance
- Leads Leadership Development initiatives and supports Employer Branding activities
- Oversees the Onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their adaptation and integration into the organization during their first year
- Proactively works on improving HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Manages and analyzes HR metrics
- Supports projects and events within the department as needed
- Maintains and updates employee and position information in the Workday system, ensuring proper structure and data accuracy
- Provides support to other HR areas when required
- Acts in accordance with the Group’s Values and Principles, setting an example for colleagues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Intermediate English
Intermediate Spanish will be considered a plus
