Job Description

To enhance all of our stakeholders experience by improving the quality of their lives & increasing their economic wellbeing in alignment with BRF’s mission, vision and values.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out routine (administrative) activities, receiving constant guidance.
• Act in the maintenance of existing processes.
• Perceive opportunities for improvement in the processes in which it operates.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

Bachelor of Science/Arts with professional qualification in HSE: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA.

• English: Business proficiency
• Good knowledge in ADOSH Framework & requirements
• Must be independent, resourceful, and a good team player
• Assist in Planning & Coordination with team members
• Able to communicate with different cultures and nationalities
• Good knowledge in MS (Word/Excel)
• Good command of the English language
• Flexibility in working hours (Working on shifts)
• Basic life support (BLS Certified)
• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management system Awareness
• Awareness of Environmental Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD) regulatory requirements

Experience

Approved safety practitioner by ADOSH, IRCA approved lead auditor for ISO 45001:2008 Occupational Health and Safety Management system.

Minimum 2 yrs. exp in food manufacturing is an advantage.
