Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma (12th grade): This is the minimum educational requirement we value, ensuring that you have the necessary foundation to develop your skills.
2. Customer service focus: It is important that you can identify opportunities and offer the best solutions to our customers. If you find it easy to interact with the public and are goal-oriented, this trait is essential.
3. Effective communication skills: You will be the direct point of contact with our customers, so the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential.
4. Organization and attention to detail: In a work environment where product management and customer service are fundamental, organization is a key skill.
5. Willingness to work in a team: Collaboration with your team is essential for the smooth operation of any store.
6. Availability for varied schedules: Working in retail requires flexibility. We value availability to work different hours, including weekends.
7. Willingness to travel geographically: Support for other stores in the region or special events may be important, so the willingness to travel is a significant advantage.
8. Driver's license: Although not an essential requirement, having a driver's license can facilitate your travel.
