Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies and tactics for corporate/brand marketing in liaison with the CMO.
  2. Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  3. Ensure the deployment of communities on social networks and the visibility of SiGMA Group across its verticals.
  4. Intradepartmental process engineering (analyzing current procedures, points for improvement, and correcting processes to improve productivity and the flow of service and information) to be presented to the CMO.
  5. Performance analysis reports for each team member/department/KPIs to be presented to the CMO.
  6. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely in concert with the Head of Media.
  7. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
  8. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  9. Analyze consumer behaviors and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  10. Ensure the deployment/performance of social networks and adapt to the innovations of each of the platforms.
  11. Ensure the maintenance and daily upkeep of each platform.
  12. Maintain and update paid subscriptions for the Digital Marketing Department and provide a quarterly or yearly report on usage/cost to the CMO.
  13. Train employees in new social media, social-selling, and marketing skills; upskill self and the team.
  14. Ensure the quality of all digital marketing deliveries.
  15. Build a strong, happy, motivated, and productive team (developing team engagement and skills).
  16. Communicate with the CMO to ensure continued liaison between the other Creative Media departments (Content, Design, Video, Digital production) as well as other Departments (Sales, Event/Logistics, Finance, C-C-Level).
  17. Ensure the development and efficiency of our Media Partner partnership and agreement.
  18. Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
  19. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in digital marketing activities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  20. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  21. Innovative Solutions: Identify and implement innovative marketing solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
  22. Any other ad-hoc tasks given by the line manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
  6. Experience with CRM systems.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  8. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
