Job Description

Main Activities:

1. Manage the entire production process and stock levels with KPIs.
2. Ensure the safety of people and take care of the company's assets.
3. Lead interdependence between different areas and hierarchical structures.
4. Plan and control the entire chick production process.
5. Participate in budgeting, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
6. Promote a balanced work environment and a highly productive organizational culture.
7. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
8. Provide personal protective equipment and lead incident and accident investigations.
9. Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.
