Now we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. To craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with Topsort’s mission to deliver privacy-first, AI-driven solutions.

What you will own at Topsort:

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid search, social media, content marketing).
• Optimize the customer journey using a strategic framework.
• Implement A/B testing and other experiments to refine growth tactics.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and CLV.
• Create tailored lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and retail media trends.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or ad-tech.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• A creative problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and paid advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
