We’re partnering with an innovative DTC brand experiencing rapid growth and redefining what professional fashion can be. Their mission? To deliver stylish, functional, and high-quality apparel to professionals who hustle hard while looking good doing it.

As the Growth Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of their growth strategy, leading initiatives that scale the brand, boost acquisition, and unlock the next level of their expansion. If you’re data-driven, obsessed with growth hacking, and thrive in fast-paced environments—read on.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Growth Strategy: Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across paid, organic, and affiliate channels to skyrocket the customer base.
Own Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns—especially Facebook Ads—while constantly improving CAC/LTV ratios.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with creative, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive impact.
CRO: Run A/B tests and implement data-driven decisions to improve funnel performance and conversion rates.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with affiliates and influencers to expand reach and revenue.
Analyze & Report: Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, translating data into actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Results: You have a track record of driving significant growth and can show measurable outcomes from your strategies.
Full-Stack Marketing Experience: Expertise in both performance marketing and organic growth is essential.
Facebook Ads Expert: Deep experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with a focus on scaling efficiently.
Growth-Obsessed: You live and breathe scaling DTC brands and thrive on finding new, creative ways to grow.
Data-Driven: Comfortable with analytics, you know how to turn numbers into actionable strategies. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Klaviyo is a must.
Experienced: 3+ years in growth marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing roles.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding customer needs and behaviors, building strategies that resonate with them.
