POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a talented Brand Campaign Designer to join our global brand team. This role is integral in conceptualizing and producing standout visual assets for major brand campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Design: Design and execute high-quality visuals for brand campaigns, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, print collateral, and product launch assets.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the campaign and creative teams to brainstorm and develop visually engaging campaign concepts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaign materials align with the brand’s identity and maintain a unified visual language across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, CX, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with design and industry trends to incorporate fresh, relevant ideas into campaign assets.
- Multiple Formats: Adapt and optimize campaign designs for various formats, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Project Management: Handle multiple campaign tasks, managing timelines to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from global and regional stakeholders to refine designs and maintain alignment with project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a design role focused on campaigns, preferably within a tech, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or animation tools is a plus.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing campaign designs, creative branding projects, and multi-platform visuals.
- Creative Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize and bring innovative ideas to life that reflect the brand’s unique positioning.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to design details and quality assurance.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English fluency), with a proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
