This is an exciting role where you will be supporting our US team and could travel to our US and UK offices.
You will be responsible for responding to queries in JIRA Helpdesk and overseeing the efficient resolution of project delivery. The role also involves managing fieldwork performance and escalating issues with the suppliers when necessary.
We would expect that you could advise sales and research teams on best practice and product concerns and work with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our offshore Delivery team in Bulgaria and expert sample providers, translation and data processing/charting agencies.
This role will be working in English, regardless of the location of the customer or supplier.
