About the Company - Our global HQ in Malta is looking for a Global Office & Facility Manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a cohesive and inspiring workplace experience across our Betsson offices worldwide! Betsson Group is a global leader in gaming & sports betting with over 2,300 employees representing 70+ nationalities across 17 locations. As the Global Office & Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and aligning our office and facility operations worldwide to ensure consistent, high-quality support that reflects our brand and operational excellence. Reporting to the CHRO, you will develop and implement global standards, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure that every Betsson workspace supports our people’s productivity and well-being.
About the Role - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in facility management, office operations, or a similar role within a global organization. Proven expertise in managing multi-site office operations, budget oversight, and vendor relationships. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations & a solid technical facility management expertise. Excellent project management and communication skills, and ability to collaborate across diverse global teams. The successful candidate will be based ideally on-site 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
Required Skills - This is not an Office Manager role. Strong technical facility & project management skills and international experience are required.
