General Overview:
The Global Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of master data across ERP and SRM systems. This role plays a key part in supporting procurement, operations, and finance teams by ensuring high-quality data management, streamlining processes, and contributing to procurement control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update master data records, including supplier data, materials, contracts, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. Perform regular data validation and quality checks to prevent errors and duplication.
3. Support procurement and operations teams by ensuring correct and up-to-date supplier, contract, and inventory data.
4. Assist in implementing data management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
5. Work closely with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data flows between ERP and SRM systems function properly.
6. Generate and analyze reports related to procurement and operational data to support decision-making.
7. Ensure compliance with global data management regulations and company standards.
8. Provide support and training to colleagues on data management best practices.
