The RGM journey varies by markets as each market is at a different starting point regarding their RGM capability. The Global Director of RGM is an individual contributor role and is responsible for supporting the Global Head of RGM, leading, and championing this journey with Regional/Market RGM leads by driving financial impact and building capabilities that will lead to sustainable profitable growth. In this global role, the candidate must be a:
Functional Skills – RGM; inclusive of key Enablers (People, Process and Tools) and our RGM Levers (Pricing, Trade Architecture, Trade Investment Optimization, Mix Management, and Insights driven PPA).
Technical Knowledge – RGM analytics tools, advanced proficiency in advanced data & data analysis.
The base salary range for this position is $136,200 to $238,350; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
