About the team
The Global Business Marketing team fuels our global business brand and delivers impact to support the efforts of the regional marketing teams to bring this mission to life daily. The vision of Global Business Marketing is to create a global brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a unique and critical investment for the industry we serve. Fostering best in class creative work on our platform, inspiring the industry through storytelling and showcasing our unique business brand at scale is the core focus of our collective team. We're seeking candidates who bring deep experience and demonstrated success in leading world-class marketing initiatives, possess a serious growth mindset and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to position TikTok as the business partner for advertisers to grow their business and reach marketing goals;
  • Deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives with focus on the development of message strategy, events and commercial packages;
  • Lead a multifunctional team, oversee execution of strategy and localization;
  • Work closely with Regional GBM team counterparts to align on priorities, strategies, and programming;
  • Leverage opportunities with other internal cross-functional partners to advance marketing goals and opportunities;
  • Leverage and optimize global and regional marketing programs successfully in the market;

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

  • Substantial years of experience in a relevant marketing role, including 5 years minimum in a leadership position with direct goal ownership;
  • Collaborative mindset, with ability to accommodate competing ideas and priorities in one cohesive strategy;
  • A deep understanding of the advertising market landscape and knowledge of general needs and challenges;
  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, executing innovative strategies that have driven quantifiable results;
  • Experience with tracking and analysis of key marketing impact metrics;
  • Experience in the development of commercial packages solutions, message strategy and events;
  • Ability to balance visionary thinking with operational excellence;
  • Identify, pursue thought leadership and other strategic positioning opportunities;
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.
