Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and experienced Process Transformation and Optimization Lead for our Brazil modernization program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition from local business processes to global group processes while achieving the target business value supporting the LDC Brazil growth.
The Process Transformation and Optimization Lead will report to the Program Director and be responsible for the LDC group process implementation within the Brazil Digital Modernization.
You will work hand in hand with IT teams (in charge of the solution implementation) and Business Teams (representing the local needs).
In a context of a global program started 5 years ago and accelerating, you will drive and oversee a team of process experts split per domain for Brazil transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process implementation of the program, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
- Drive harmonization of local processes with group processes while allowing business continuity.
- Challenge the status quo with senior stakeholders to bring effective business changes through process and data transformation.
- Balance global standards that support cost-effective scale and automation with necessary regional exceptions that drive competitive advantage for LDC.
- Ensure change management efficiency to achieve target value realization and process execution efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Meet with plans, timelines, and budgets for your team.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members as well as local business teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Participate in required organizational changes after the transformation.
- Lead a team of 50+ project members.
- Coordinate multiple projects and roadmap alignment.
Experience
Extensive experience (10+ years) in business process implementation and transformation, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments.
Hard Skills
- Experience in large transformation programs with an international dimension.
- Understanding of agri-commodity business and processes. Previous experience in the agriculture industry, with understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities is a plus.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving business change across business units or globally.
- Strong experience with process transformation managing regional and global processes.
- Experience as a business lead or similar roles in systems implementations (ERP, Reporting Tools, etc.).
- Experience in data modeling and implementation.
- Experience in organizational design and implementation.
