Job Description:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) manager is responsible for providing analytical support for the company's business decisions through detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and reports. This professional plays a crucial role in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for revenue and expense forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario evaluation.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate on the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
3. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights for management and board decision-making.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze significant variances, and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
6. Board Presentations: Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for board meetings and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of financial planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
