Job Overview and Responsibilities
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Credit Management, Procurement, Human Resources and Transformation activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving a culture of continuous improvement initiatives and will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Additionally, you will participate in benchmarking activities to ensure the adoption of best practices across the GBS organization. This role involves working closely with the GBS Services Lines and the Transformation team. The Service Excellence Specialist will report to the Service Excellence Manager and will be part of the GBS Transformation and Service Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 5-7 years in continuous improvement, process optimization and automation.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen and experience leading improvement projects.
Black Belt certified preferred.
Accreditation as a Kaizen Facilitator or similar certification preferred.
Technical expertise in areas within GBS preferred.
