Job Description

1. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
2. Provide accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and deliver it to them in the most meaningful way.
3. Up-sell the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of Hospitality or any related course.
2. With at least one (1) year in the same field.
3. Can work in a fast-paced environment.
