As a key member of the Business Finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing the P&L and supporting strategic planning for zone and leading the Analysis team. Your insights and analytical expertise will help optimize financial performance and drive business success.

This position covers the financial scope for Zone SAM (Latin America) consolidation view.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely performance of period end closing activities in line with company requirements.
  • Follow up Report Monthly and Quarterly results in EPM and analyze the figures, including data input, maintenance, and contribution in development of reports in Business Finance Digital Transformation.
  • Provide support to Finance Business Partners in analyzing reported data.
  • Manage, estimate and track expenses assigned to your scope (including Rolling Forecast build and follow up).
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to facilitate problem-solving and provide business improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Regional Competency Centers, Global teams, Supply Chain, and Accounting to foster effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in finance transformation projects by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement processes that enhance team and organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experienced professional with 1-3 years of experience in consulting, accounting or financial planning and reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices.
  • Experience in an intercultural environment desirable.
  • Previous experience in FP&A.
  • Solid systems/Services skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP, Tagetik is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters and ensure accuracy of reporting, P&L analysis.
