Job Description
Position Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst is a very attractive position combining regular duties with work on interesting projects with high exposure to senior management and great further development opportunities. In this role you will report to the Senior Finance Manager, and it will be based in one of our branch offices either in Brazil or Mexico.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the business decision-making process
- Collaborate effectively across multiple functions to develop a reliable and automated performance management tracking for the Enterprise Software Sales business including new ACV/ARR and forecast process
- Work with and challenge regions to provide the latest estimates of key financial metrics
- Ensure all monthly spend incurred is accrued in accordance with US GAAP
- Conduct analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results
- Understanding business performance and challenging where appropriate
- Formulate and effectively communicate concise insights to senior leaders, earning respect through an ability to speak up and challenge when appropriate.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship between Finance and Commercial operations to ensure consistency across regions, reporting and activities amongst the teams
- Provide ad hoc, in-depth analysis that leverages individual understanding of the interaction of key financial metrics and their relationship to the underlying business.
- Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization of our processes.
- Assist with Global GSM HQ activities, such as Understanding monthly spend results of identified GSM Global Functions, including explaining actual to budget/forecast performance, and identifying areas of risk and opportunity

The essentials - You will have (education and experience):
- Master's degree in finance or accounting
- Recognized accounting/finance qualification is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including FP&A/Controlling area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English
- Fluency in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP/EPM systems is a plus.
- Project management skills would be an advantage
