Financial Analyst

The Reporting and Compliance group collaborates closely with other Finance stakeholders in the region and the Shared Service Center in Manila. They play a crucial role in monthly reporting to the group and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Process payments from local suppliers accurately and promptly.
2. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and generate regular reports.
3. Maintain effective communication with local suppliers and internal stakeholders.
4. Respond to the demands of internal and external audits.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficiency in SAP FI.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / VBA.
5. Advanced skills in a presentation tool like Power BI or Tableau.
