Purpose:

The Finance Supervisor acts as the finance business partner overseeing Innovative Medicine Brazil’s Oncology, Neuroscience, PAH, and Virology Therapeutic Areas' business and financial operations and shares responsibility for the organization’s economic and financial performance by being responsible for managing total IM Brazil Gross Margin and Other Income & Expenses. The incumbent performs financial analysis, decision support, and designs business plans.

Also serves as an advisor for the company’s commercial leadership, developing financial models to make business recommendations, support commercial strategies and go-to-market discussions, lead sales closing routines, and drive sustainable growth while ensuring a robust controls and compliance environment.

You will be responsible for:

1. Coordinate Innovative Medicine Brazil’s business and financial operations and share responsibility for the organization’s financial performance.
2. Partner with commercial teams, performing financial analysis and supporting decision processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong influencing skills
• Strong business acumen
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills
• Demonstrating management skills and strategic thinking
• Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Solid experience with internal controls (SOX knowledge is preferred)
• Extensive finance or accounting experience
• Advanced English is a must
• Spanish is desired
