As we continue to expand and innovate, we are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring that our financial operations align with the company’s overall objectives.
In this role, you will oversee the company’s financial health, develop financial strategies, and provide insightful analysis to key stakeholders. Your ability to communicate financial data effectively and work collaboratively with various departments will be critical to the success of Sizanid HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial targets and enhance operating efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and variance analyses to inform strategic planning.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal working capital management.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members to foster professional growth and development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, principles, and practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, using relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting software, accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
