You will be responsible for:

1. Realizar lançamentos de notas fiscais de entrada para geração de livro fiscal, e demais obrigações acessórias
2. Atender internamente à diversos assuntos administrativos
3. Apuração de obrigação acessória mensal - GIS de serviços tomados e prestados
4. Manter o controle dos compromissos (contas a pagar) da empresa, registrando no sistema informatizado os documentos correspondentes (faturas, contratos, recibos), para realização dos pagamentos nos respectivos vencimentos.
5. Conciliar e contabilizar as despesas de cartão de crédito corporativo
6. Conciliar e contabilizar as despesas de viagens - Provedor parceiro
7. Conciliar e contabilizar as despesas de viagens - Reembolsos a integrantes

Knowledge Requirements:

• Curso superior em Ciências Contábeis
• Inglês Intermediário
• ERP TOTVS Protheus (desejável)
