What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

1. Prepare and consolidate department financial data to recommend budget plans
2. Analyze and report on the division’s performance, comparing actual results to budget, forecasts, and strategic plans
3. Conduct monthly expense analysis and explain budget deviations
4. Review and report significant variances between actual and budgeted results
5. Ensure the accuracy of department budget submissions and submit to RO for approval
6. Regularly review financial plans and budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction
7. Ensure timely adherence to the monthly closing calendar across departments
8. Review and approve local provisions and PR requests before manager approval
9. Collaborate with internal accounting, stakeholders, and the RO team for accurate financial reporting
10. Support regional finance and business partners with performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement
11. Conduct Channel/Category profitability analysis to influence managerial decisions
12. Analyze customer profitability P&L, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
13. Support value creation through financial insights, analysis, and reporting, collaborating with both local and international FP&A teams

What kind of profile are we looking for?

1. University degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant area
3. Interested in an international working culture
4. Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate

What competencies are key to this role?

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
2. Hyperion and SAP knowledge is desirable
3. Acting as a team player by considering all stakeholders
4. Adaptability to complex processes, making fast and accurate decisions
5. Working closely with other teams, strong communication
6. Ability to multitask in a defined timeframe
