Finance Analyst

The finance analyst will have the responsibility for supporting the finance department in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury related activities, aiming to assure the fulfilment of deadlines as well as financial obligations.

Responsibilities and assignments

1. To support the preparation of cash flow by projected revenues and expenditures for a better analysis of the company’s financial situation.
2. To help with accounts receivable activities, aiming to assure that all credits of the company are received in a timely manner.
3. To assist the business unit and/or controller in projects related to financial matters.
4. To support the sales team and the clients in all transactions made with the banks.
5. To issue service tax receipts for the maintenance contracts and follow up the receiving by the customers, according to CIA internal policy.
6. To control the financing documentation, such as contracts and balances.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Graduation in BA, Accounting or similar fields.
2. Excellent skills of spoken and written communication.
3. Strong ability of presentation.
4. Strong knowledge in software (i.e., Microsoft Office, etc.).
5. Ability to interact effectively with the suppliers (by phone or in person).
6. Ability to interact effectively with the members of other departments.
7. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
8. To understand the competitive markets, products, and packages.
