Preferably, I would graduate from the Industrial Management or Engineering Course.
Preferably experience in Facility Management services such as property engineering, Security, Housekeeping, and Pollution Control/Environmental safety or any similar work experience.
Basic knowledge of administrative specifically in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, housekeeping, and repairs & maintenance.
Adept and knowledgeable on the department's day-to-day operations.
Must have excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Must be competent, mentally, and physically fit to perform duties.
With good moral character and a positive attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Proficient in MS Office).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities (flexible and hardworking).
Familiar with Facility management and licensing.
Knowledge of ISO or Quality Management.
Duties And Responsibilities
Supervision of operations to ensure that efficiencies are met.
Assures that the required output/performance standards are being delivered (Repairs & Maintenance, cleanliness, security, or orderliness of hospital facilities and vehicles).
Reviews and analyses day-to-day activities of the unit such as Property engineering, Housekeeping, Safety & Security, and waste & pollution control.
Directs, implements, and monitors initiatives and strategies in the division.
Monitors PES, Security, Safety & Pollution Control guidelines compliance.
Delegates and provides specific job assignments to section heads and guides them in the proper handling of people.
Represents the unit in meetings, including management and other pertinent meetings.
Initiates activities to guide the staff in resolving issues arising from day-to-day transactions/activities in line with existing policies and procedures.
