Main Activities

  • Coordinate with production and logistics departments to plan shipment programs in line with weekly/monthly production and optimization schedules; organize orders and new inquiries based on product type, volume, and market understanding. Regularly deliver price lists and information on new products/services to existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor publications from governmental and private organizations to identify potential new markets and coordinate communications with these markets. Additionally, maintain close communication with BRF Direct Exports and DDP teams to enhance market understanding.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to increase the company's profitability; address and resolve client complaints in collaboration with quality assurance and other related departments. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise account teams assigned to each client and collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts. Understand clients' needs and requirements thoroughly and prepare customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet established deadlines for fulfilling each client's long-term goals. Follow legal procedures and regulations in parallel with the corporate affairs department, adjusting company strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • University Graduation from Business Administration, Management, Economics, or all related areas.
  • 3 years of experience in a related area.
  • Advanced level in English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Available to travel.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively.
