What you'll do:

As an Experience Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and development of innovation plans and marketing campaigns for our portable appliance brands, working collaboratively with colleagues in all functions to ensure everything is aligned with the overall strategy and brand expression for Latin American markets. In detail, you will:

  1. Plan and develop innovation projects and marketing campaigns for our portable brands, according to different categories and markets within Latin America;
  2. Develop marketing materials focused on regional commercial launching plans;
  3. Implement market and consumer insights into business and innovation opportunities;
  4. Analyze competitors and category trends;
  5. Manage projects and communications calendars;
  6. Interface with R&D, Design, Projects areas, local market teams, and suppliers;
  7. Control marketing campaign budgets.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Advertising;
  2. Experience with planning and development of communication materials (BTL/ATL - 360º);
  3. Experience with product development and/or launch;
  4. Experience with outsourced communication and/or marketing agencies;
  5. Knowledge of project management;
  6. Advanced Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
  7. Advanced English;
  8. Intermediate Spanish.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Group Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
