Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate environmental projects for the company.
• Actively participate in the environmental licensing process.
• Organize, track, and monitor environmental actions, including air emissions, solid waste management, effluent monitoring, chemical usage tracking, and compliance with updated environmental legislation.
• Perform market benchmarking to propose process improvements and develop innovative projects.
• Plan and organize training activities and environmental services, ensuring documentation is relevant and up-to-date.
• Focus on continuous improvement in environmental processes while aligning with social responsibility and sustainable development goals.

• Required:
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on environmental projects and licensing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant environmental legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with licensing bodies and government organizations.
• Desirable:
• Experience with compensation plans.
• Familiarity with environmental management processes.

• At least 5 years of experience in environmental projects and licensing.
• A degree in Biology or Oceanography. A background in environmental management is desirable.

• Training and networking trips may be required, both domestically and internationally.

• Fluent in English (advanced level required).
