We are seeking an Engineer to join our Consumer Profile Services team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining scalable services that manage consumer data across Levi's digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a skilled engineer with experience in building cloud-native services and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in the retail domain.

This position is available to candidates located in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. We invite applications from individuals in this location.

About the Job

1. Design, develop, and maintain microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Spring Boot and Java.
2. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver scalable and secure consumer data services.
3. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production systems.
6. Contribute to the team's technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
7. Continuously learn and improve engineering practices and technical skills.

About You

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development.
3. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
4. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
5. Understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and security best practices.
6. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
