ENERGY SUPPORT ANALYST

Position Summary: Execute all necessary steps to support Analysts in transactional processes including rate analysis, budget exceptions, ACT ticket submission, and special projects. Assist with maintenance of CBMS, calculators, and other tools needed to perform individual and bulk analysis.

KPIs:

• Ensure 100% of all deadlines are met;
• Provide excellent product deliverables.

Results Areas:

• Seek further development within the team and apply critical thinking to increase efficiencies in the regulatory market;
• Have a complete understanding of the components and factors influencing utility rates and tariffs, assisting the analysts with utility research and documentation of relevant market intelligence;
• Gain exposure to the types of questions that are asked pertaining to regulatory issues and of the market.

• US market knowledge;
