What you’ll do:
The EHS Regional Manager is responsible for leading systems, processes and procedures that promote a positive safety culture resulting in an injury free and healthy workplace. Collaborate with local plant teams and Divert’s leadership team to create solutions to prevent and decrease safety incidents at all of Divert’s operating facilities. This position will ensure the facility teams have the knowledge and resources to follow all local, state, and federal safety requirements and Divert EHS programs. The role will identify strategic improvements and execute tactically to improve key EHS performance indicators for the region. This position reports directly to the VP of EH&S and will work cross functionally with Production, Logistics and Engineering & Construction.
Location: The person in this role will be required to live in the Northeast region of the United States. Ideal candidates will be near one of our sites of operation they will partner with - Plymouth, IN; Freetown, MA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Granville, MA.
Travel: Up to 50% travel annually is required
