International Business - Logistics Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for streamlining and formulating end-to-end processes and key control points for international business, including information flow, commercial flow, logistics, and fund flow.
  • Build the after-sales service process for international business, ensure effective support for business development, risk control, and continuous improvement of customer experience.
  • Build and monitor the customer service and after-sales system for international business to enhance the service experience and internal efficiency.
  • Build and monitor various operational indicators for international business, continuously identify product and process risk points, and promote the continuous optimization of business and service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Chinese being even better.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of import and export customs declaration, transportation (air and sea freight experience).
  • Fluent in English, with an international background being an advantage.
  • Strong market sensitivity and product thinking, experience in customer service and after-sales at a large company is preferred.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong business analysis ability, good coordination and overall planning ability across departments, and previous team management experience is a plus.
  • Active thinking, cheerful personality, strong communication and execution abilities, excellent teamwork spirit, and proficiency in common office software such as EXCEL, PPT, VISIO.
  • The entrepreneurial team atmosphere is excellent, welcoming individuals with passion and dreams to contribute to the high-speed development of the service industry.
