We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Analyst with demonstrated experience in reporting and analytics and project management. You will report to the Director – Strategy & Operations for Global Sales and Membership and will work with the Sales Enablement team to lead the development of Sales reporting, in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team, that will drive key insights on trends, account and team behaviors, and revenue opportunities for the Sales team across all regions and segments. You will also manage data integrity and continuity between our information systems. You will support key projects such as LHW’s Travel Agent Engagement Program and support the Director- Strategy & Operations with analytical and project support.

You will work with multiple systems such as Tableau, Salesforce, Agency360 and SynXis and will work closely with the Sales Enablement and the Sales Leadership Team. It is critical that you have the unique mix of analytical skills, adaptability, relationship skills, enthusiasm for working on multiple initiatives, ability to execute consistently at a high level of quality and work well with global and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is essential.

In this role you will:

  1. Partner with the Sales Leadership, IT and BAI teams on the development and maintenance of key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Agency360 to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into the data. This includes ad hoc report creation as needed.
  2. Support the Sales Leadership Team with Sales team performance reporting.
  3. Partner with the Global Sales Coordinator and Sales Enablement to support key hotel customers and clients with our Travel Trade capabilities, platforms, and programs.
  4. Follow data quality best practices to maintain data integrity within Salesforce, SynXis, Tableau, and Agency360 including but not limited to deduplication, data cleansing, and validation rules.
  5. Support the Director, Sales Strategy & Operations with analysis and project management for strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global organization
  3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with recent project experience
  4. Excitement to learn about the travel industry and the key segments that drive hotel revenue
  5. A comfort in working in grey space
  6. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, pre-existing knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, or other analytics/reporting software preferred
  7. Imperative to have good collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally as you will be working with global teams and receiving a lot of requests
  8. Thrive in an environment with dynamic needs and projects
  9. Hospitality experience is not required
  10. Can-do attitude with high attention to detail
  11. Exceptional problem-solving skills

  13. Excellent execution skills
  14. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
