We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Analyst with demonstrated experience in reporting and analytics and project management. You will report to the Director – Strategy & Operations for Global Sales and Membership and will work with the Sales Enablement team to lead the development of Sales reporting, in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team, that will drive key insights on trends, account and team behaviors, and revenue opportunities for the Sales team across all regions and segments. You will also manage data integrity and continuity between our information systems. You will support key projects such as LHW’s Travel Agent Engagement Program and support the Director- Strategy & Operations with analytical and project support.
You will work with multiple systems such as Tableau, Salesforce, Agency360 and SynXis and will work closely with the Sales Enablement and the Sales Leadership Team. It is critical that you have the unique mix of analytical skills, adaptability, relationship skills, enthusiasm for working on multiple initiatives, ability to execute consistently at a high level of quality and work well with global and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is essential.
