As a Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our brand and positioning it as a leader in the market. We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team in the competitive and fast-paced iGaming industry in Brazil. This senior role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of iGaming, player psychology, regulatory landscapes, and digital marketing trends.

What You Will Work On

  1. Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  2. Identify growth opportunities and partnerships while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  3. Lead brand strategy to enhance visibility and reputation in the iGaming market.
  4. Oversee creative direction and ensure consistent messaging across digital, social media, TV, sponsorships, and affiliates.
  5. Drive cost-effective customer acquisition through performance marketing (PPC, SEO, affiliates, programmatic).
  6. Implement retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
  7. Collaborate with Product teams on market-aligned features and launches.
  8. Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  9. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
  10. Oversee budget allocation, ensuring maximum ROI and compliance with industry regulations.

What You Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 5+ years in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role in the iGaming industry.
  3. Proven track record of driving growth, preferably with experience in both Casino and Sportsbook verticals.
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM software.
  5. Expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, CRM, programmatic advertising, and social media.
  6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  7. Deep understanding of iGaming products, customer behaviors, and regulatory environments.
  8. Strong network within the iGaming space is advantageous.
  9. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
