What role you will play in our team

Key interface with EMPS customers, responsible for managing customer relationships, processing customer orders, and handling general inquiries related to the order to cash process.

Come be part of the Customer Service department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

What you will do

  • Main focal point for customers, key interface with Sales representatives, Supply Chain (e.g. Plants, Haulers, etc.) and other parties in line with customer service offer.
  • Responsible for flawless Order to Cash process using various systems and other inquiries, including master data setup, Management of Change and others, in cooperation with related parties.
  • Responsible for providing best in class customer support to a portfolio of customers within the business unit and region and in line with appropriate service level offering.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety and Security rules by following established internal processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with all controls requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure operations are carried out flawlessly and in line with KPIs set by the organization.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with customers by utilizing soft skills to ensure customer experience is positive.

About you

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience and with strong problem solving and prioritization, time management, and very good written and verbal communication skills, strong knowledge and adherence to process and controls. Ability to manage external and internal customer relations and focus on customers.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or upcoming graduation
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written & spoken)
  • Differentiator: Spanish and French (Basic/Intermediate or Advanced) written and spoken
  • Previous CS experience
