EDSP Payments Coordinator, AMZL EDSP

Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking an EDSP Payments Coordinator to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers, meaning third-party operated Delivery Stations that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners, and our plan for 2025 is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.
The Payments Coordinator is responsible for managing all payments to EDSPs (external delivery service providers), including payment disputes. We expect our team members to identify ways to continually improve our operations.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Manage all payments to EDSPs and partner payment disputes
2. Own last mile partners payment experience
3. Own payment performance metrics
4. Partner with Procurement to adjust the different costs of nodes
5. Actively engage with internal and external teams
6. Ensure compliance throughout the global payment process standards
7. Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos
8. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
9. Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements
10. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields
11. Program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
