About the Job:
- Handle internal passenger-related requests, ensuring fast and high-quality support.
- Process ticket cancellations and exchanges, as well as conduct detailed order analyses.
- Manage and track tickets opened by passengers, ensuring resolution within established deadlines.
- Provide customer support through various channels, such as phone, WhatsApp, email, and more, delivering an efficient and humanized experience.
- Offer personalized support for new products, clarify doubts, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience with our solutions.
Required Skills to Succeed:
- Customer Service experience (SAC).
- Case analysis.
- Experience with multi-channel support.
- Customer relationship management.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
