EDSP Value Added Services (VAS) Manager, AMZL EDSP

Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking an EDSP Value-Added Services (VAS) Manager to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers, which means third-party operated Delivery Stations that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners, and the plan for 2025 is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.

The EDSP VAS Manager will be responsible for defining, sourcing, and negotiating value-added services (VAS) to support EDSP partners’ needs in starting and running their operations. He/she will ensure all partners have support services in their growth and scalability, focusing on the adoption, satisfaction, and quality of the services. We expect our team members to identify ways to continually improve our operations.

Key job responsibilities

1. Source and negotiate value-added services that help EDSP partners to operate and scale with operational and business excellence.
2. Onboard and monitor service acquisition by the EDSPs and quality feedback to work on a continuous improvement mindset with current and future service providers.
3. Work together with the EDSP Operations team and benchmark with other geos to constantly identify potential new services and providers.
4. 30% of time available for travel.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields.
2. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
3. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
4. Fluency in English (speak, write, and read).
5. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
6. Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
7. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
