Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking an EDSP Business Coach to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers, which means third-party operated Delivery Stations that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We’ve started 2025 with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners, and the 2025 plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.

The EDSP Business Coach is responsible for the relationship with the EDSP partners, providing coaching regarding key metrics for improvement, escalations, and rollouts of program initiatives. The Business Coach is also responsible for quality improvement and drives business reviews to improve each partner’s experience and results. Responsible for ensuring mid to long-term capacity with high effort during peaks.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and manage relationships with approximately 6 EDSP partners, serving as the main point of contact and handling partner escalations.
2. Provide coaching for partners on key performance metrics, guiding them on improvement opportunities and initiatives.
3. Drive Monthly Business Reviews with the EDSP partners: analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and track/report on key metrics.
4. Manage capacity planning for peak periods to ensure capacity requirements on each partner’s nodes.
5. Drive quality improvement processes and implement quality enhancement strategies.
6. Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.

Minimum Requirements

1. Program or project management experience.
2. Cross-functionally work with tech and non-tech teams experience.
3. Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
4. Bachelor's degree.
5. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
6. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
7. Fluent English.
8. Experience of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
9. Experience of driving process improvements.
10. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
11. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
