About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Controlling Analyst to lead the auditing process and define improvements in the Talent Acquisition area.
What You’ll Do:
- Audit all the Talent Acquisitions processes and define improvements.
- Propose new ERP features to automate processes.
- Interact with the Talent Acquisitions Managers and Leaders to ensure correct execution of the processes.
- Assist the VP of Talent Acquisitions in executing Talent Acquisitions audits.
- Carry out daily reviews of the Talent Acquisitions reports.
You must have:
- Detail oriented and deadline driven mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Methodical and able to follow processes.
- Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently.
- Can manage concurrent tasks.
- Experience in Audit roles (Desirable).
- Excellent English skills.
