About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Controlling Analyst to lead the auditing process and define improvements in the Talent Acquisition area.

What You’ll Do:

1. Audit all the Talent Acquisitions processes and define improvements.
2. Propose new ERP features to automate processes.
3. Interact with the Talent Acquisitions Managers and Leaders to ensure correct execution of the processes.
4. Assist the VP of Talent Acquisitions in executing Talent Acquisitions audits.
5. Carry out daily reviews of the Talent Acquisitions reports.

You must have:

1. Detail oriented and deadline driven mindset.
2. Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
3. Methodical and able to follow processes.
4. Self-starter, can explore, learn and work independently.
5. Can manage concurrent tasks.
6. Experience in Audit roles (Desirable).
7. Excellent English skills.
