Your Role at Hostinger
As a Web Hosting Chat Specialist, you’ll be the frontline expert, guiding customers through technical challenges, and optimizing their online presence with your expert advice. You’ll provide top-tier support via live chats, troubleshooting websites, domains, and hosting errors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with a passionate global team of 400+ specialists across 30+ countries. You'll continuously grow your technical expertise, and expand your impact to the customer's experience. Your Day-to-Day
- Troubleshoot and solve customer issues related to websites, emails, domains, DNS, WordPress, and more, via live chat and tickets;
- Assist with website migrations and provide your expert advice on optimizing hosting setups;
- Deliver timely, resourceful support that exceeds customer expectations;
- Continuously grow your technical expertise and seek innovative ways to improve the customer experience;
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and products, and propose impactful solutions to elevate the customer journey.
Your Skills and Experience
- Fluent English (C1 or native level);
- Experience in web hosting support (DNS, domains, WordPress) with strong troubleshooting skills. Live chat experience is a plus;
- Proven track record of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Hungry for growth: self-driven, proactive, and eager to embrace new challenges;
- Humble: self-aware, thrives on feedback, and committed to continuous improvement;
- Smart: quick thinker with sharp problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Compensation in US$ + 10% commission + result-based additional compensation (5% to 30% increase). The amount is agreed with you along the selection process, according to your previous experiences and performance during the technical task. Let's talk!
