This position will report to the Director of Commercial Operations Signaling & Systems, and it is based in Juiz de Fora, Brazil, or Contagem. As a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, you will lead a team of people and manage the entire ITO (Inquiry to Order) process. You will be responsible for coordinating, mentoring, technical training, and coaching junior-level team members. You will work closely with the Sales Directors and Account Managers to ensure that customer needs are met and that all commercial aspects of the deal are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
As a member of the Commercial group, you will be responsible for overall commercial project coordination, risk and mitigation, and associated reviews during the tollgate process. You will coordinate all commercial aspects of projects, including Client’s requirements, different types of procurement (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.), budgets, contracts, schedules, scope compliances, and project plans. You will ensure that all commercial activities are aligned with the project's goals and objectives.
This position requires that the candidate will take the surge capacity for international Signaling projects besides the projects in North America.
