Job Details

  1. Map and prospect new business opportunities.
  2. Analyze and qualify the leads received.
  3. Approach potential customers (C-level) for qualification regarding the maturity of the contact, fit with the Club (need vs. what we deliver), and purchase decision.
  4. Schedule meetings of qualified contacts and leads with Club directors.
  5. Keep the CRM up to date.
  6. Monitor lead volume, scheduling, and conversion indicators to feed the marketing team and optimize processes to generate better results.

Qualifications

  1. Preferred academic background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering.
  2. Commercial background.
  3. Team orientation with the ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally.
  4. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.
  5. Fluency in English.
  6. Availability to work in Campinas (4x on-site and 1x home office).
